BOPANNA CONSULTING, aims to create a difference, whether you want to plan your strategy, produce the best coffee, or attract buyers, we will help you make it happen.

Guide in the implementation of sustainable and good agricultural practices to produce that special and unique coffee which can then be marketed to micro roasters.

Starting, rejuvenation or management of coffee farms using good agricultural practices (GAP) and integrated pest management (IPM) with using sustainable and environment-friendly methods

Pre-certification evaluation of coffee farms and development of road-map for adaptation of sustainability practices

at the wet mill

Study, analyze, design systems and provide new-generation cost-effective equipment for automation of estate and drying yard operations - to produce washed coffees with controlled levels of defects

at the dry mill

An alumnus of the Madras Christian College and a  third generation coffee farmer with three decades of experience in coffee farming and processing, he is currently involved in management of 2,000 hectares of coffee farms in India in diverse regions and conditions.

vikram bopanna

Strategic Business Consultant

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a mechanical engineer, and a third generation coffee farmer with two decades of experience in coffee processing, trading, risk management; he is currently involved in strategic planning, implementation of systems, procurement, supply-chain & logistics; production & operations management, branding and marketing.
